Beautiful Property! Michael M. from Maine, USA for stay Nov 2025. Absolutely beautiful property! Owners were wonderful, their home meticulously maintained. Safe, gated community, where you can walk the beach to restaurants. Rincon was laid back and perfect for our family vacation.

Favorite Place! Barbie from MA, USA, for stay in Nov 2025. Marco & Magda's home is our family's favorite place to gather, catch up, enjoy nature, make good food, and relax. The house has everything you can possibly need, the beds and the sitting areas are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, and most importantly, the view and location of the house is ideal– right next to the beach. AC in rooms and living areas works great, washer/dryer, TV, games, kayaks, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, I mean...it's literally the perfect beach house. To top it all off, the gas grill on the rooftop and its sitting area made for the most perfect star gazing evenings. Thank you Marco & Magda for another unforgettable stay for our family, and thank you for your texts with ideas on things to do around Rincón. We'll be back soon!​

5 Star Rating! Sean from CO, USA, for stay in Nov 2025. This place lives up to its 5-star ratings. I don’t believe I have ever been to an AirBnB that was as well stocked as this place, it had everything you could need for your stay. We were a group of 6, including a baby, and had more than enough room to enjoy our stay. The condo is located in as safe of community as you could ask for, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the pool. Marco was extremely responsive and accommodating during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

​Enjoyed our Stay! Sojo L. from Texas, USA, for stay in July 2025. My family truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The home and its surroundings are as described and even more. We felt extremely comfortable and at home. Home had everything we needed during our stay. The beach was very private and just steps away and with minimal people walking it throughout the day. Quick drive to the plaza (Thursday night arts festival) and light house (watch the sunset). Kids (ages 9, 6, 4 and 2) enjoyed riding bikes to the tennis courts and pool. Quick walk on the beach to Casa Islena for breakfast or lunch where the kids enjoyed th pool while waiting for food and after. Sandy Beach is also worth the stroll along the beach (spent several hours swimming in front of Tamboo restaurant). We had an amazing time and great family memories. Thank you Marco!​

Even an early text (Your villa is ready 3 hours early) to the layout, amenities, and our welcome bottle of wine and water! Steps out our front door to the beach, beautiful pool, and wonderful meals on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. Everything about this house and owner is five star.!

Wow! Richard C. From Mass, USA, for stay in July 2025. Wow. I have stayed in my fair share of Airbnb/VRBO'S. This is one of my favorites. Great location. You are steps from the beach and driving distance to great restaurants and attractions. The condo itself is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you could think of that you would need on your vacation. The grounds have a pool, a gym and tennis courts. Marco and Magda are the best hosts you could possibly have. Our family had a wonderful time.

VillaNicky is a winner! Adam D. from GA, USA, for stay in June 2025. We spent 10 days in Puerto Rico (Rincon, Culebra, and Old San Juan). Each was special in its own way. VillaNicky is a winner! My family of 4 (including two teenage daughters) stayed 4 glorious nights at the villa. I cannot recommend it enough. The location is amazing, steps from the beach, and a short drive to terrific restaurants, stores, and adventure. It is immaculately clean and so well-stocked. Seriously, it has everything you need to relax and unwind, down to a SONOS speaker system with terrific playlists that add great ambience. We grilled on the top deck, enjoyed coffee looking at the water, strolled a short way for dinner at Casa Islena (with great food, drink, and sunset). During our visit we took surf lessons, visited the bio bay, took AM dips in the complex pool, and relaxed in the sand with their chairs and cooler. Our hosts were amazing with communication, making terrific recommendations and responding quickly. This is a top tier place. Stay here!

It has everything we needed down to the most minimal things like aquafore for my son dry skin. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10-minute walk to our favorite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

Gorgeous Condo! Robyne T. from Mass, USA. For stay Jan 2025. The condo/unit was gorgeous - super clean and had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic views, and so close to the beach. The beds were super comfy, with tons of fluffy towels, and also bikes, boogie boards, blender, gas grill ...anything you needed was there. The AC and ice machine was awesome too. Marcos was so helpful and gave us some good tips on local trips. Rincon was a great little town. We didn't want to leave!!!!
