"Great Weekend Stay"  Pablo L. from PR, USA. for stay on Aug 4th, 2018.  Booked a last minute weekend stay. Even with less than 24hr notice Villa was spotless and well prepared when we arrived. Our kids had a blast at the beach, running around in the bicycles provided and watching the stars from the third floor terrace. Internet access was very good. Highly recommend. Hope to book again in the future..

Wow!! La villa espaciosa, hermosa decoracion, la tablet con las apps de musica en la pared, la vista desde cada cuarto, la cocina con todo lo necesario y mas para cocinar, equipo para nadar y disfrutar en la playa, etc..etc..etc.. No solo eso! Lo mas hermoso fue la paz y lo relajante que es despertar con tan hermosa vista y sentarte tan solo a escuchar el mar, las olar, los pajaros..realmente ha sido la experiencia mas hermosa que he tenido!! Mi esposo y yo quedamos enamorados de este lugar!! Ademas, Marco y Magda siempre contestaron nuestros mensajes por texto y fueron muy amables! Mi sueño es poder retirarme en un lugar asi!! Asi hare que se cumpla! Gracias Marco por todo!! Volveremos next year!!

 

"Ideal, stunning and peaceful" Barbie G. from NC, USA. for stay on July 2th, 2018. Our family just spent close to a week at Villa Nicky, including the 4th of July holiday. We come to Puerto Rico yearly and have a lot of experience renting homes down here. Villa Nicky is by far THE best vacation rental we've ever experienced. It is located in a very quiet and beautiful beach- you will be literally steps from it. Every morning you can sip your coffee right under the palms and sea grape trees overlooking the ocean, or watch the sunset in the afternoon. The beach is ideal because there is no well-known access to it on either the west or east end so the most people we saw, including on 4th of July, were around 20! So, if you love having a beach to yourself this is the place for you. There is a large natural sea pool that shelters kids and people from the waves, and there are also spots where those who enjoy waves can swim in. Our family loved taking long walks at sunset collecting sea glass and shells, kayaking and boogie boarding. The House- there is not one negative thing I can say about the house. Wow! Marco and Magda provide everything you need, even the stuff you don't even think you need! There is something for everyone in this house. Our group was multigenerational and everyone was out of their minds happy. Kitchen's stocked, high quality gas grills, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, even the comforters smelled great! We grilled on the rooftop and ate there almost every night (so breezy and cool). The grandparents loved the access to Netflix for their Narcos binging, while the teenagers loved having great wifi and fun board games. The neighborhood is private, very respectful of nature, very unique for it's tranquility- a hidden gem! Neighbors were super friendly and very laid back- there's even friendly, happy dogs. We will definitely be back to Villa Nicky. We are thankful for Marco's and Magda's hospitality and tips during our stay. Rincón is awesome, and Villa Nicky makes it even more magical because of all the amenities and the easy access to all the sightseeing on the Northwest, West and SW of PR. So if you're the type of person who loves (and respects) nature, peaceful settings, a beach to yourself, laid-back neighbors, and comfortable, beautiful spaces to stay in, Villa Nicky is without a doubt the place for you.

The house is well decorated, clean and comfortable. Marco and Magda were always available via text for any questions. They have a wonderful place. I hope to stay there again. 

 

"Sensational/Outstanding/Marvelous/Bravo/Exceptional!!!!" Beth C. from NC, USA. for stay on June  20th, 2018. We had a fabulous time at VillaNicky! This home is immaculate. The personal touches made this the best vacation house we have ever had. A welcoming gift of wine, water, and milk were so appreciated! We enjoyed the kayaks, snorkeling and the beach! The beach is less than 30 steps away! I am obsessed with sea glass now. I caught myself getting up before 6 AM to go hunting and enjoy the serenity of the ocean. Marco and Magda are outstanding hosts. They provided great ideas for us during the day and some history of the area. My husband thought that one or both must have been in the travel industry. My family thought that your pictures are good but the place is unbelievable! Our 5 year old granddaughter loved trying to speak Spanish and loved the top bunk. Everything you would think that you needed to bring for a beach vacation was available. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

 

"Couldn’t have asked for more!!!" Luara S. from NY, USA. for stay on June  9th, 2018. I don’t even know where to begin. This was by far the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation that we have had in a long time. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and then some. Marco and Magda were so thoughtful and really were so helpful. The pictures do not do the house justice and the beach was perfect. We brought our 20 year old son and 2 of his friends so we could spend time together before he leaves for the Navy. I honestly cannot put into words what this vacation meant to us. Marco and Magda were also very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and tips on different areas that we might like to see. The neighbors are very friendly too! This is not the first time we have been to Rincon and it certainly will not be the last. Thank you so very much for letting us stay in your home. We can’t wait to visit again. The memories we made this week will last a lifetime.

"Immaculate, Safe, Beautiful, Home Away From Home Paradise" N g. from Conn, USA. for stay on April 16th, 2018. There are probably many units for rent on this property- I wouldn’t look any further than this one. What makes it stand out? The owners. The owners are warm and hospitable- but most importantly they think of everything. Even Kleenex! They are a text or call away and provide a detailed booklet with everything you will ever need- down to appliance manuals. Villa Nicky is beautifully appointed with thoughtful and modern amenities- plus anything you could ever think of for outdoor activities. The location of the home (closest to the beach) is the best of the entire complex. I could not have asked for a better holiday or place to rent. The home looks exactly as listed - but even better in person. Rincón is thriving post Maria- there is no visible damage in punta Del Mar other than a damaged fence around the basketball court and the pool is not operational yet. It’s doubtful you’ll want to go to the pool with the pristine beach in your backyard. You could eat off the floors when you arrive- that’s how clean it is!!!! Gorgeous, gorgeous!!! We’ll be back!

"Amazing home in Rincon"   Lisa Z. from Ohio, USA. for stay on February, 2018. Great location in a safe neighborhood with fabulous and friendly neighbors. The Beach and surrounding area was so relaxing. Marco was so helpful and informative. The upstairs deck with outdoor kitchen is great for sunbathing and comfy sunset dinners. The home is equipped with all the essentials for a great vacation including coolers, beach chairs and hammock!

They were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we had any questions or needs. The house is absolutely beautiful, and you can walk straight to the beach from it. Also was close enough to walk to a couple of different fun bars/restaurants. All of the neighbors were super friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in Rincón, and would definitely stay again on a future trip! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you Marco and Magda!

 

"INCREDIBLE Vacation Home - VISIT PR! IT IS BACK AND READY FOR TOURISTS!"   Lila G. from VA, USA. for stay on Dec 20th, 2017. We were luckily able to rent this beautiful villa on short notice for Christmas 2017, due to many people cancelling their travel plans to PR because of Hurricane Maria. We had an absolutely incredible time at VillaNicky! We had power and water, and internet came back the last couple days. This is an incredible property, ocean front, spacious, comfortable with all amenities you could ever think of. Marco and Magda have thought of everything with this property, for all ages, including a play station, direcTV, water toys, beach chairs, a portable waterproof speaker, coolers, kayaks, bikes, fully stocked kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and linens, beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc...you name it, they have it! The location is perfect - its north of the main town of Rincon, but a very short less than 5 minute drive from all areas of Rincon. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to several restaurants on the beach to the Sandy Beach area (Tamboo, Pool Sushi, Casa Isalena, etc - Casa Isalena is not open right now due to Maria but they ARE reopening). MOST restaurants and businesses are OPEN in Rincon. We were able to enjoy the Market on Thursday night in the town square and it was so much fun. I can't say enough about this property and how much we enjoyed it. A truly beautiful and immaculate vacation home. Thank you and we hope to return soon!!! AND...for all of you who are questioning whether PR is OK after Hurricane Maria - I can tell you , YES YES YES - what they need the most is tourists!!!! We were there for 10 days - the first few days I was very sad because tourism was almost non-existent. We've been coming to PR for 6 years at Christmas time, and I was so sad to see the lack of tourism this year. However, the week after Christmas, there were definitely more tourists, restaurants were full, and people were enjoying themselves. It was great to see! VISIT PUERTO RICO!!!!
