Entertainment, beach chairs, boogie boards, water shoes, bikes and many more are part of the offerings. White towels & sheets, clean, comfortable beds and linens plus all the kitchen tools you need to cook, if you so choose. Plus…Marco provides daily recommendations and even directions on how to get there. What more can you ask for? We truly enjoyed our 6 night stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Marco’s place turned out to be perfect for the kids and also for us. Steps to the beach. Short walk to a large community swimming pool. Short walk down the beach to two great waterfront restaurants (three if you include the burger bar). And a short drive to Rincon town. In addition to being clean and tidy the unit had everything we could need for a beach vacation. Marco checked in periodically via text and had several suggestions for excursions. The neighbors were quiet, and the complex is quiet and safe. What am I missing…. The 3rd story terrace! We’re already planning our return….

We could go on and on, but who wants to read a long review - so - excellent location, condo was packed with amenities, owner was responsive and extremely helpful, everything for fun was provided - bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach shoes, snorkels, first aid items right down to bug spray and aloe for sunburn. The waves rocked us to sleep - turn off the air and open the windows - such a sound - and enjoy the rooftop deck with fridge, grill, covered and uncovered patio. Beds were comfortable and linen was quality and the condo was so so clean! The outdoor shower helps to rinse off the sand, and neighbors were friendly. Steps to the ocean where we picked up tons of beach glass. The condo was the best of the best! Don't hesitate - book this condo for your next vacation!

The house is immaculate, spacious, and beautiful with large windows and light throughout and views of the ocean. The beds and all furniture were very clean and comfortable. It was incredible to be able to just walk right from our door to the beach to watch the surfers and sunset. We had a wonderful stay. Marco and Magda are excellent, kind, welcoming, helpful hosts!!! We highly recommend them and their villa.

Great hosts and a great local vibe !  Ken M. from PA, USA for stay in Sept, 2021. We spent a short week at VillaNicky. The property is in a gated community so security is not an issue. The rental itself was very nice and clean and easily accommodated the six of us comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to have 3 persons working in it at the same time. The living area was also large and a nice TV was present although we did not use any of the inside entertainment options. There is a very nice deck on the third floor with a grill and table. We grilled dinner there several nights and ate at the table there. The facilities at the complex were also nice. We did use the pool a couple times. It was a bit small for such a large community but not many people were there using it so not a problem. Perhaps in the high season it would have been more crowded. Beach access is just outside the front door a few yards away. The beach in the immediate area has a tidal pool that would be okay for kids under supervision. On the other side of the rock/reef the water is deeper and there are currents and an undertow. So, take a floatation device such as a body board and flippers if you intend to go over your head in case you have a hard swim back to the beach. Either up or down the beach from this location the water is more suitable for surfing and body boarding. As with all beaches, things change constantly so be very mindful of kids and the water conditions! The owners were great. We had a problem with the washing machine and they came right down to fix it. They also advised us on several things to see and do in the area. It was great advice and we appreciated the tips and enjoyed the trips! We went into Rincon several times. The young adults liked to frequent that beach as there were several others their age. (there is no evening/late night entertainment at the property itself) There are several other close by beaches to visit in the area as well. These offer a variety of experiences and views of the island. Rincon has several beach bars and good restaurants, if you are seeking night life. If you prefer just to relax, the property is perfect for that. The only noise is breaking waves and critters! All in all, a great place (not just this property but the entire island which we did circumnavigate), great hosts and a great local vibe.

Great location to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and beaches. 24/7 security for the property as well. I would love to own a home in this development. Will rent again in the future.

The Condo was wonderful and beautiful, especially on the porch on the roof! VillaNicky's owners were very accessible and would text us ideas on things we may want to do. It was very clean! We will certainly return and stay there again! The beach is a 1 minute walk, which is very convenient!

It was our first trip to the Rincon area and the location was perfect. Best beach around for walking but close to town. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay... even aloe for our daughters sunburn! We loved the rooftop space as well as the amazing beach side view. They sent local tips for outings and dining which were wonderful. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Standards of the house and amenities keep getting better and better. Now it has an electric system backup that comes in handy in case of any power outage which is a big plus in case of emergencies. Marco and Magda responded to every question we had very fast. The place was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was sparkling clean and everything was functional. The property is in a paradise community with quick access to the beach and thoughtful neighbors. We definitely will remember for days to come the nights we spent at the terrace looking at the stars while having some cocktails. Already looking forward to go back.

We stayed for a month and didn't really want to go home. Marco is always available and gave us terrific suggestions for hikes and other beaches to visit. The place was spotless and had everything you might need during your stay--from snorkels, bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs to coffee in the cabinet and bottled water in the fridge. They even refilled the spice rack for us! We are ready to book for next year!
