We felt at home from the moment we entered the house. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. All the items we needed for our stay were provided including several welcome gifts. The house is steps from the ocean and has bikes and kayaks to enjoy. The host was very helpful and checked in several times to see if there was anything we needed. The location of the home is fairly central and the gated community it is in is upscale. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The 3 floors offer several dining options including a roof top terrace with an outdoor cooking area. Cooking supplies including spices are provided. The spacious rooms and tasteful decor of the home made it enjoyable to spend time there. We would definitely recommend Villa Nicky.

"Perfect!"   Mary G. from UT, USA. for stay on May 28, 2017. We have been to Puerto Rico several times and it is our favorite place to vacation. We love the food, the climate, the people, everything. So when we decided to bring our almost grown children, I looked for a place that we could spread out and really feel like home. This place was perfect! Marcos was super communicative with us and really had us all prepped for coming to the house and then he and his wife met us and gave us the full tour so there was no question about where things were and what was expected of us. The house was just he right size and in a great location next to the beach and "posada". It is a little off the beaten path, but that is what we were looking for. The house had everything we could possible need (except food) and a grocery store was 7 mins away. From the paddle boards, to the beach chairs, to the two coolers and plenty of beach towels, everything was just perfect. You could do as much or as little as you liked right from the house. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great too. The walk-in closet/bathroom in the master was great and no struggle for space anywhere. Having a beach shower right off the front door was perfect and helped keep the sand out of the house. It still gets everywhere, but there are brooms and mops and everything you could need to clean up right there. Marcos even had a case of water there and ready to go for us! If I had my way we would move in right next door and never leave!

I've been renting vacation homes for many years, and what is shown/promised is on the property. In addition, they met us at the property, showed us around, and were continually available to take questions when necessary. Marco and Magda were easy to contact and checked on us by text during the stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely return.

Our family of 5, with 3 boys ranging in age from 17 to 8, had a fabulous time staying at VillaNicky Rincon. From booking to checking out, Marco made the experience easy and did so with a friendly touch. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. The three level layout meant that we could spend time together, but also had getaway spots for those who wanted a little time on their own. The roof deck was a perfect lounge area where we could relax on the sectional couch in the shade or get some sun on the chairs. From the well appointed kitchen and grill to the sand toys and beach chairs, we always had everything we needed. The older boys particularly appreciated the technology support through strong wi fi that even reached the beach! The beach location was ideal. The home is steps from the beach, so it is easy to go back and forth. While VillaNicky is located within walking distance to restaurants and small shops, it is removed enough that the beach area is very quiet. At the beach, the view is palm tree lined as far as you can see. Since this was our first time to Puerto Rico, we appreciated Marco's recommendations for restaurants and activities. All of his advice met with great success. All five of us highly recommend VillaNicky!

He was there to help us during arrival and frequently checked on us and offered tips all during our stay. The location is on the more secluded north side of rincon therefore we had plenty of beach all to ourselves. Good family atmosphere. We are already making plans to come back.
