Great Location! David C. from MO, USA for stay on December 2023. Great location. Hanging out on that beach under the shade of the palms watching the waves crash w/ a nice breeze is amazing. One of the best spots in Puerto Rico. Unit is nice, comfortable, well equipped and has an amazing upstairs patio. (Even has an outdoor kitchen up there!) Marco checks in on you, notifies you of anything going on. Tries to make the stay special. Highly recommend. Have stayed in the complex before, and thought this unit was much more reasonably priced than some of the others we’ve looked at. Great restaurants just walking distance down the beach too!

We absolutely loved our Stay! Mikaela S. from VA, USA for stay in December 2023. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The location - next to a beautiful, walkable beach - is great for families. The outdoor shower is super handy given the amount of sand that could be tracked in. The place itself - with outdoor patio, grill, clean kitchen, ceiling fans (and room AC), and everything in between - is worth the price. We felt safe and at home. We look forward to visiting again!

We felt right at home. Marco sent me an email with all the information and some recommendations for stops along the way. We divided our trip and spent 3 days on the east side and 4 on the west. This was hands down the best place! The beach is beautiful and just a short walk across the lawn to access. The entire property is well kept and secure. Marco was the “host with the most”! He sent us links to places in the area to visit and tips on surfing beaches, water quality, etc. The villa was so clean and well appointed-they really have thought of everything! I’m not sure when or if we will return to Puerto Rico-but we would definitely stay here again!

Best Place we stayed at in Puerto Rico!  Rachel C. from Texas, USA for stay in July 2023. Marco and Magda's place was the best one we stayed at while in Puerto Rico. The cleanliness, attention to detail and all the things provided for use along with the location to the beach and the homeliness feeling is what made the stay great. You are able to stay as busy as you want or just sit back and relax. Restaurants were a close drive or you could just use the well equiped kitchen or roof top patio with grill. When we return to Puerto Rico we will definitely stay in Rincon and at Marco and Magda's place again.

We loved the peaceful surroundings and a house equipped with anything we could think of. I particularly enjoyed having coffee looking at the ocean, cooking meals for my family and playing cards on the terrace. Marco and Magda also made recommendations to visit an Art Walk at the Rincon plaza. We really enjoyed the live music and work made by local artist.

It's clean and comfortable and has everything you need to settle into a great vacation. Extra towels, linens, laundry detergent - things that I often wish for in Airbnb's - were all there. I also loved seeing how well set up it was for families to bring small children. Ours are teens now, but we would have been so grateful for the high chair, pack n play and other fun kids toys! We loved snorkeling and having the gear there to use was awesome! Each day, Marco proactively sent a suggestion for a place to see and was very responsive when we asked for suggestions and resources. We also loved being able to walk to the beach in two minutes to watch sunset, take a quick swim or sit and read in the provided beach chairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marco & Magda's beautiful condo!

Beautiful views and must add, the restaraunt Conazo across the street from complex had the best food. No concerns with security and hosts were very accomodating and caring. Better than any hotel and would recommend this property again and again.

Absolutely perfect!  Gwen D. from Ohio, USA for stay in May 2023. What a perfect spot for friends and kids! The location was a quick drive into Rincon for restaurants and shopping, but was nice and quiet at the house, and right on the beach. There were so many little things in the house that were great for our toddler (toys, high chair, beach toys, pack and play) and it made our lives much easier. We loved having snorkeling gear and boogie boards available too. We tried kayaking but the waves clobbered us so we skipped that one. It was very clean, there are instructions for all the appliances, and communication with the hosts was super easy. It was absolutely worth it!

Marco was amazing with numerous helpful tips from restaurants to local places to visit. We had great weather and filled the mornings with excursions and the afternoons with beach time. The beach is literally steps away from the home, and everyone in the complex and in town are very friendly. Marco's home is spotless and literally every detail is covered. The beach area is very private, and there is a protected area with shallow waters for young children to more wave-action for our older kids who wanted to boogie board and body surf. Also, NO biting insects! It was a relaxing vacation and would highly recommend!
